Mike Gabor, Founder
Hi, I’m Mike. I live in New Albany, Ohio with my wife and two beautiful daughters. I have a passion for gardening, love to grow and prepare fresh organic foods for my family and friends and get great satisfaction in the process.
Like most people, I have to work, care for family and have a multitude of responsibilities all competing for my time, so I’m always on the lookout for ways to save myself time.
I carefully planned my first garden and spent tons of time prepping it, planted a large variety of veggies and promptly left town on a business trip. I returned a few weeks later to a garden overrun with so many weeds that it was hard to find a place to start weeding. Weeds so dense that some vegetable plants were never again found.
I knew there had to be a better way. I tried all the homemade weed killers. Yes, they eventually worked but they didn’t save me any time. Newspaper and pieces of boxes were a step in the right direction but I was constantly cleaning litter out mine and my neighbor’s yards.
That’s when I came up with WeedBoard, and I spent several gardening seasons testing out the various styles, weights and widths, until I found the perfect one. The amount of time WeedBoard has saved me is astonishing. I get the best of both worlds – time to work and travel and prepare fresh, delicious organic vegetables for my family straight from my backyard.

Why do they not know? If they do not know, that means we never told anyone. And if we never told anyone it means we never made it back. Hence we die down here. Just as a matter of deductive logic.
